Phonebook

The Phonebook application can be used to manage internal and external contacts, as well as resources such as fax machines and rooms. The contact data can be used, among other things, to directly start the email client or make a call - provided that the corresponding software is installed.

After the import and when using the sample data, the application is configured in such a way that every portal user ("User" rol) can see all contacts and resources. Also, each portal user can enter contacts for certain categories and delete the contacts he/she created.

Portal users with the "Manager" role can, among other things, create departments, positions and contact lists that facilitate searching and finding contacts.
