Manage users

All user objects can be mapped here in an individual organizational structure. This provides you with a very flexible data model, which can be expanded by defining custom object classes.

The user and organizational structure can be created directly in the Portal Manager. If users are already maintained in another directory service (Active Directory / LDAP), Intrexx also offers the option of importing the data.

Intrexx allows automatic synchronization so that the data can continue to be administered centrally in the Active Directory in the future and automatically take effect in the integrated authorization concept. More users, roles and groups can be created in addition to the information from the directory service.

This is particularly beneficial in scenarios with a mixed user structure of external and internal users.
