What happens if a chat already exists with a title and a group of members, and an attempt is made to start a new chat with the same topic and members from Intrexx?
Chats that are created with the same topic and members draw on the existing chat.
When deleting an Intrexx data record, can the automatic deletion of files in OneDrive be prevented?
The document is moved to the recycle bin. From there, it could be restored if needed.
Data record with Microsoft 365 file in Intrexx: The file is edited via OneDrive. Is the date of the change visible in Intrexx? Can a process respond to the change?
The date of the change is visible in the OneDrive control. The date is not displayed in the document view. In terms of technology, responding via the webhooks technology would be possible.
Can external employees also be integrated using OneDrive control?
An external employee must have appropriate rights to the OneDrive folder and the document. If sharing of the document is also enabled for people outside the organization, the integration should work. Saving and downloading can be done by any user if a static user is configured in the file field. An account and appropriate rights are required to open it.
What access permissions are set on the documents?
Intrexx does not set any access permissions when uploading the document. The access permissions are inherited by the document from the linked OneDrive folder.
What do Single and Multi File mean?
A description of Single and Multi File can be found here in our help. Essentially, a differentiation is made as to whether only one MS365 document can be linked to the Intrexx data record or several.
Can meetings also be moved from within Intrexx?
This is not possible in the standard system. If you save the meeting ID, the meeting could be edited accordingly via the Graph API.
Why can there be longer waiting times in the Intrexx portal when a team / channel is created?
Depending on the implementation, there may be waiting times because of the need to wait for return values from Microsoft.
Is it possible to conduct a chat in Intrexx without using Teams?
This is not possible in the standard system. Theoretically, an implementation via webhooks would be possible, but the effort required is very high.
Can the MS 365 file be sent as a link to a user so that they can access it directly through Office365?
This is not possible in the standard system. If needed, this could be implemented using Groovy and Graph API.
Who sees which Microsoft objects in the Portal Manager?
The visibility of Microsoft objects depends on the configuration of the integration.
Can selection lists with websites, teams and channels be created in general?
This would be possible via a Groovy process and the Graph API.
