2. Email service
This menu item is available if the
Email service
tool is selected.
2.1. Configure
Opens a
dialog
where the email service's settings can be defined.
2.2. Test
By clicking Test, the configuration can be tested. If error messages
are output, either the configuration must be changed or no mail
server that can be used for the SMTP service exists. If you are
unsure of how to proceed, please contact your system administrator.
The Exchange 2007 mail server does not accept the sending
of mail from non-authenticated users in the standard
configuration. If the sending of mail from non-authenticated
users is to be enabled, the following command must be entered
in the Exchange shell:
The placeholder "CONNECTORNAME" must be
adjusted for the infrastructure of the customer in this case.
The user "NT AUTHORITYANONYMOUS LOGON"
can also vary, depending on operating system and language.
2.3. Update
Updates the email service.
2.4. Activate
Activates the email service.
3. System monitor
3.1. Sessions
3.1.1. Send email
Opens a dialog
where the subject and content of the email can be defined.
The email is sent to the user of the selected session.
3.1.2. Send email to all
Opens a dialog
where the subject and content of the email can be defined.
The email is sent to all users who are currently logged in to the portal.
3.1.3. Stop
Stops the selected sessions.
3.2. Databases
3.2.1. Show details
Opens a dialog
with information about the currently selected database pool.
3.2.2. Clear pool
Empties the currently selected pool
3.2.3. Create pool manager report
Generates a pool manager report.
4. Export
4.1 Messages
The log files from the portal export are found here.
4.2. Delete
Deletes the currently selected message concerning a performed export.
The exported files are not affected.
4.3. Configure
Opens a
dialog
where the configuration can be edited.
4.4. Start
Starts the portal export.
5. Task scheduler
5.1. Edit schedule
Opens a dialog
where the settings for the currently selected task's execution time can be edited.
5.2. Last messages
A log of the last time a task was run will open.
5.3. Details
Opens a dialog
with the log of each execution of a task.
5.4. Start
Starts the execution of a task. The RDF link maintenance,
a standard task, will be automatically started daily at 12 AM
and deletes all orphaned links.
The task will not be performed until the scheduler is turned back on.
When it is turned back on, it will catch up on missed tasks.
5.9. Execution plan
Opens a dialog
with a graphical view of all tasks in the form of a timeline.
5.10. Settings
Opens a dialog
where the history for the scheduler can be set up.
5.11. Refresh
Refreshes the task list.
6. Intrexx Mobile App
6.1. API key / Configure
This menu is available if the API Key entry is selected on the left.
This options opens a dialog
where an API key can be entered.
6.2. Intrexx Mobile App / Show details
This menu is available if the Mobile Devices entry is selected on the left.
This options opens a dialog
where the details of the registered device will be shown.
6.3. Intrexx Mobile App / Remove device
Removes the device currently selected in the right-hand area from the
list of registered devices.
6.4. Intrexx Mobile App / Test registration / Test all registrations
Checks whether the mobile device is still registered on Firebase.
7. View
7.1. Show modules
Shows/hides the area where a tool can be selected.
