Integrate external data in applications

Applications module



Data from external data sources can be integrated into applications using the the Intrexx Connectors. Perform the following steps to integrate the data into applications:

1. Create the connection in the Integration module. Support for creating a connection to the following data sources is provided below:
   • JDBC
   • SAP Business Suite
   • SAP Business One
   • Lotus Notes
   • Microsoft Exchange
   • Abacus
   • OData
   • SAP Gateway
   • Microsoft SharePoint
   • M-Files
   • Microsoft Office 365
   • Connector API
   • dg hyparchive
2. Create an external data group in the application.
3. Configure the external data group.
4. Select the data fields.

You can now create pages in the external data group as usual and link application elements to the external data group's data fields. The external data is available in the browser in real-time.
