Default user from portal settings

If a specific user is not selected, this option uses the user who is defined in the portal properties.

Static users

Displays the path and name of the user whose context will be used to perform the queries. There must be a valid user assignment for this user in the OData configuration to do this.

Select user
Opens a dialog where a user can be selected from the User Manager.

Remove selection
Removes the selected user.

User from system value

With this option, you can define a system value that provides a user GUID. There must be a valid user assignment for this user in the OData configuration to do this.

Edit system value
Opens a dialog where the system value can be configured.

The user switch action allows you to change user during the process operation. If a static user has been assigned both within the data group and the process, then the user in the data group always has priority. A user who publishes a process with a user switch action must have the corresponding permissions. Usually, a user has these permissions by being a member of the "Adminstrators" user group.
