Plugins can be used to provide data from any Intrexx application.
To define multiple plugins for different data groups, select the
Plugins tab of the application's properties.
There you will see an overview of all plugins defined in the application.
If you want to define a plugin for a single data group, go to the
Plugins tab of the properties dialog of the corresponding data group.
An overview of plugins defined for that data group is shown there.
2. Intrexx Share plugin
One of the most important characteristics of Intrexx Share is the seamless integration
of data from the Intrexx applications. Users with sufficient permissions can
subscribe
to the defined plugins in Intrexx Share in the form of apps.
Title column
Displays the title of the application integrated as a plugin.
Data group column
Displays the title of the data group whose data records are used in Intrexx
Share.
Active column
If the setting in this column is set, the plugin can be
subscribed to
in Intrexx Share. Inactive plugins cannot be subscribed to.
Create new plugin
Opens a wizard
where the plugin can be configured.
Delete selected plugin
Deletes the currently selected plugin.
Please note that when you delete a plugin, the posts already
generated by it in Intrexx Share will also be deleted.
Edit selected plugin
Opens a wizard
where the plugin's settings can be modified.
Duplicate selected plugin
Creates a copy of the currently selected plugin. However, posts created by the
original plugin will not be copied.
An overview of every Intrexx Share plugin created in the portal can be found in the
Integration module.
3. Calendar
The calendar plugin allows all kinds of appointments from any Intrexx
application, such as from reservations, events, or absences, to be displayed
together in a calendar control.
Plugin column
Displays the title of the plugin.
Data group column
Displays the title of the data group whose data records are used in the plugin.
Active column
If the setting in this column is set, the plugin is available in the calendar.
Inactive plugins cannot be selected in the calendar.

where the plugin can be configured.
Delete selected calendar plugin
Deletes the currently selected plugin.
Edit selected calendar plugin
Opens a dialog
where the plugin's settings can be modified.
Duplicate selected calendar plugin
Creates a copy of the currently selected plugin.
The Pinboard plugin gives you the ability to show the newest changes to records
in an application on a portlet page
via the Pinboard
element from the Design module .
For example, you can enable the pinboard to
quickly see changes by portal users to reservations on your company vehicles
or to customer data.
All changes to correspondingly configured data groups converge in the
Pinboard portlet.
The entries can come from various applications.
Data group column

Only one pinboard configuration can be created per data group.
