Plugins

This dialog can be reached in one of two ways:

Applications module Data groups Properties
Applications module Application properties

1. General

Plugins can be used to provide data from any Intrexx application. To define multiple plugins for different data groups, select the Plugins tab of the application's properties. There you will see an overview of all plugins defined in the application. If you want to define a plugin for a single data group, go to the Plugins tab of the properties dialog of the corresponding data group. An overview of plugins defined for that data group is shown there.

2. Intrexx Share plugin

One of the most important characteristics of Intrexx Share is the seamless integration of data from the Intrexx applications. Users with sufficient permissions can subscribe to the defined plugins in Intrexx Share in the form of apps.

Please note that when you delete a plugin, the posts already generated by it in Intrexx Share will also be deleted.

Duplicate selected plugin

An overview of every Intrexx Share plugin created in the portal can be found in the Integration module.

The calendar plugin allows all kinds of appointments from any Intrexx application, such as from reservations, events, or absences, to be displayed together in a calendar control.

4. Pinboard plugin

The Pinboard plugin gives you the ability to show the newest changes to records in an application on a portlet page via the Pinboard element from the Design module . For example, you can enable the pinboard to quickly see changes by portal users to reservations on your company vehicles or to customer data. All changes to correspondingly configured data groups converge in the Pinboard portlet. The entries can come from various applications.

Opens a dialog where the plugin can be configured.

Delete selected pinboard configuration

Edit selected pinboard configuration

Only one pinboard configuration can be created per data group.
